I'd have given it more time had it been a 914/6 GT replica, TBH....
£15k for a rust-free, nice together 914 is cheap these days. I'd check it, especially the bodywork modifications very carefully. I had a 914 2.0 about 20 years ago and it was rotten everywhere. The inner wings were made from the financial times, and painted over!!
The 2.0 is the 914/4 to have, so as I say it could be a very nice car. Seats look good, it has a centre consol and the 5 stud conversion is probably a bonus (20 years ago brake parts were hard to find for the 4 stud cars).
But check it VERY carefully.
