What's a rusty 964 tip 1993 k worth?

My good friend is thinking about selling his very rusty 964 tip that's a metallic green blue it's not rust coloured. MOT'd and massive service file but needs a full reaping with scuttle repairs etc.

Any idea on value?

Have seem 3.2s up at dealers requiring kidney bowls etc advertised at £30K+ which is madness.

This is going to need minimum £10-£15Ks worth of work to put right, and who knows what will really be found once the digging starts. If I was buying I would't want to be paying very much, probably £15-£20K absolute max and that could be crazy, as that screen pillar looks nasty, much more than a little scuttle work.

Really needs someone who wants a project to start with and is looking for a donor car and a large pot of cash to spend.

Also of relevance to pricing; is it Coupe, Cab or Targa? What's the mileage? What condition is the interior in? Etc.

Colour looks like Horizon Blue to me, which is actually quite nice
