A really super prize is up for grabs here......
I'm incandescent with rage over supercilious citizens telling us that the 8J hollowspoke turbo-1 wheel is so much better than the 7.5J hollowspoke turbo-1 wheel - they look different? and you can tell from miles away.
Well go on then - no camera trickery, in these photos I have one of each, and the only difference is that the 7.5J is sitting on three 12.5mm paperbacks.
There is a small box balanced on the rims, so that you can see they are at the same 'height'.
Which is which? Don't try and guess by looking at rim indentations and apparent differences in offset or spoke thickness - as I have both wheels in the same shot, the angle of each wheel is slightly different, and so the reflections of light from the curves have different effects.
You have a 50/50 chance anyway..... slightly better than the lottery.
