Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge/Competitions...
Discussion
Just saw that Porsche Geneva won the Swiss challenge for a second time with their 1969 2.0 S DE. They also won the 2014 challenge with a 1972 2.4 S.
Some nice stuff online but all in French for the time being...

Orchid Sports Cars (Porsche Geneva) claim to have invested 2,165hrs in the work. Blimey! At local rates, that would have produced a CHF450k bill (circa £350k).
I guess that some of the work is done when the guys are quiet but who in general is bankrolling these projects? Are customers encouraged to own their own projects? Have any been sold on the open market since?? I am out of touch with values.
For the 2016 completion in the UK at least, I see that the front runners are being favoured...
