Doing a search brings back a lot of old threads but who's the go to people for getting a set of wheels redone these days?

Porsche Belfast processed the refurb of my Red 2007 GT 3, and I was happy with the results and price.

That’s the car I owned prior to you Hulk, the Hulk wheels were in good condition and and as new when I sold it. They were not refurbed.

Ask your Indy and OPC.

They probably sent them to Nuluk in Carrick

This has come up in the past, and I can’t recall the conclusions, but IIRC, very few people can achieve the correct factory finishes for the rims - important when exact originality is required.

He's not cheap, and he's certainly not local, but he is generally considered to the best :

+1. He's the go-to guy. Loads of recommendations for Nick on the DDK forum.

+2. Another vote for Nick Moss. He did my Carrera 3.2 a few years ago. Very happy with the work. What's important is getting the factory correct anodised finish. All too often you see them refurbished with shiny gloss black which just looks wrong

I believe Adrian Crawford at Williams Crawford sends them to France for his restorations. They dip them in a paint bath in the same way as the factory originals. Not cheap at around £1100 per set IIRC.

Can anyone straighten them as part of the refurbishment? Mine aren't completely shagged but measured by machine they are slightly out of round.

Still got the 92468 Lali. Currently SORN but awaiting my return to the UK.

Fuchs factory refurbishment:

https://www.fuchsfelge.com/en/refurbishment/refurb...

They also supply the original 16" wheels. A dealer in the US has 7x16s for $715 each. Plus shipping etc. No details on the European website.

Lee Mayor Restorations did mine to RS detailed petal design and made a fabulous job, correctly anodised as per factory and sensibly priced.
