Noticed a small pool of coolant on garage floor, dropped undertray to investigate if it was a hose or radiator. Seems to be coming from water/oil pump weep hole and along the seams. It is minor but needs sorted before Euro tour. Car has been collected by Ferrari Edinburgh for further investigation.

Has anyone had experience of this? Can the pump be reconditioned or does it require replacement?

There's a great YouTube video that shows where the leak is coming from.

I had exactly the same problem. Investigated possible repair and couldn't find anyone to do it, even though it would be relatively simple as far as I could see. Ended up buying a new oil/water pump; if memory serves about £1600 but it was a few years ago.

That's what I was thinking, the car is under a 2 year WarrantyWise.warranty and supplied as an Approved Used Ferrari by Graypaul Edinburgh.

Thankfully the pumps are a stock item. Changing them is above and beyond my level of DIY skills.

The leaking oil/water pump on the F140 engine is a known problem. There are no reconditioning kits available AFAIk. The only solution is a new pump.
I don’t know about warranty wise but Ferrari New Power warranty won’t cover it as seal failure/leaks are excluded (ask me how I know).

Dealership advised WarrantyWise Platinum Dealer policy was well suited to the 599 covering more components than Ferrari Power 15 warranty (which could not be applied due to age). Policy documents state water pump is covered. Agree that rebuild kits are not available in UK, preference would be new pump given time constraints.
