Tyres, all 4 or just the rears?

Taking aside the argument about L Rated tyres, and using non branded meaning imminent diff failure

Whats the advice ref changing tyres by the pair or all 4 at a time?

Rears need doing but the fronts have a fair bit of life yet.

Assume they all the same brand, model and spec, and are correct sizes.

Would you change all 4 or just the rears?

Just the rears. Fronts and rears will always wear differently, if you keep to the same tyre and do both sides of the axle together you'll be fine.
