I'm currently running a 2015 LP610-4.

The rubber gaiters on both front suspension dampers are torn .

The price for replacements are in the region of £5000 each , plus fitting .

Anyone else had this problem , and is there another more cost efficient remedy ?

Take a pic of the damper.
It's best to remove the pair, sent them to a refurb company for circa £200 per damper and have them rebuilt at the same time.

Do you have details of any companies who can undertake the rebuilds please ?

Black Art Designs should be able to help.
You'll probably need a mobile mechanic/specialist to remove the suspension from your car at home as I doubt any workshop will want it taking up space.

I've managed to contact a Company named Nagengast in Poland .

They refurb dampers and say they will be able to fit new rubber dust covers .

Anyone any idea whether there will be a Customs and Excise duty charge when the items are returned from Poland to the UK ?

The dampers will not be new , simply repaired .

The Customs and Excise website is not helpful !
