The new login....

So you're browsing the forums (not logged in), you see a thread and you go to reply to it. It asks for login details - fair enough.

The problem is it then redirects you back to the main forum list page (as opposed to the thread you were trying to reply to).

The 'old' login used to take you back to the intended thread - why the change?

Wasn't aware of a change, but I'll ask Pete to respond to this as something might have happened that I wasn't aware of.

This is a bug in the new system, we will look at fixing this today.

No biggie - just a bit annoying for those of us who don't stay logged on.

Think there's 2 options at the moment: 'go to forums' and 'go to my stuff' - both useful, but perhaps just add a 'go to the thread I was just looking at'

This is sorted as we have rolled back to the old login.

Rolled back to the old login again - so should be all as before again

And I'm still getting logged out regularly on two different machines!
