Still appearing? It has been mentioned before, its not easy for the mods do remove it as mobile site isn't directly controlled by them.
I think advice is grab a screen shot & click report?

Just had a Blackberry Bold advert take up the entire screen too. I was loading the forum page. The McDonalds advert is more like 90% of the screen and you can see it's a pop up.

The Blackberry advert takes up the whole screen. It has a X top right though, so it can be closed. The McDonalds ad seems to be time based as there is no X.

I'll take a screen snap for you chaps.
