Posting in SP&L

I know you guys have policies in place to prevent trolling etc in certain parts of the site; however I was wondering if there is any way to post on a thread in SPL even though I've not been a member very long.
I wanted to comment on the Police Response Times thread with regards to the police comments about backing up ambulances.

This is a policy that applies to all at the moment, and is in place so that we can monitor the quality of a poster and remove them from the site if they are causing issues. As the SP&L is a contentious area we have this policy in place.

As you are only a few days away from the restriction being lifted I will let you go early... but play nicely!
