I have an idea - 'future car' in garage

Afternoon.

I quite like the PH 'garage' function, although due to laziness and a desire for brevity and order I haven't used it properly for myself.

I have a bit of an idea. I know we currently have the 'fantasy cars' section, but not that many people use it, and of those that do many will use it as the heading indicates by putting in expensive/unobtainable exotica.

However many PHers have an idea of what cars they realistically will/may own next, or sometime in the future. Therefore, is there perhaps a need for a '(likely) future cars' section to put these in? It could encompass new cars that people have ordered and are waiting for too.

It might generate discussion amongst PHers too - "I see that you are thinking of getting x, well look out for this, check that - I used to own one" etc.

Or, you could click on someone's garage and see that they are after a particular type of car, a car that you are thinking of selling! Imagine the possibilities...

I would be interested to hear the thoughts of both PH and my fellow users of the site.

Not a bad idea. Could limit it to 2-3 cars so people don't go crazy. I'll add it to Pete's to-do list.
