Curious about the 'Petrol Crisis' forum

If someone was to start a thread in the Petrol Crisis forum, would the forum become 'unhidden'? Just curious really, I've no intention of doing this but have had a look in there and wondered how it is not on the 'gassing station' main page.

Been posting in there for awhile , I've started random threads in other "hidden" forums and they never become un-hidden but just as a note the mods know you're there so nothing rude can be posted and also we aren't supposed to talk about hidden forums so this message will self destruct in 5,4,3,2,1........
