Classifieds problem - Are dealers really this stupid?

I'm seeing this more and more on the PH classifieds: Browsing the Focus STs and click on the filter button to put it in price order and get this:

On that first page there's ONE Focus ST...

It is annoying. Why people cannot just put things in the right category and the right details. 101 miles is not the same as 101,000 miles! I am hardly going to be looking for a car with very low mileage then all of a sudden decide to jump to significant miles. Same with £500 advert, real price £7500.

Can the PH team not send these guys a friendly email explaining the merits of placing adverts in the correct category? Perhaps also describe the difficulty in selling their cars through the medium of the classifieds if every advert they place is deleted out of hand in a matter of seconds?

even more annoying is all the cheapskates on autot**der advertising cars in the sub £1000 section (at a discounted advertising rate) and then saying in the advert the price is actually 10 times more!
And even worse is the traders who list 140,000 miles as 140 miles!!!

This should be in 'website feedback'. I seem to recall there was another thread about this kind of thing not long ago either.

Considering people are paying to have adverts in there now, there should be someone going through sorting this out.

I'm slowly starting to use Autotrader again, since PH is now filling up with random junk too, which really means having good search criteria is a must, but PH's search capabilities are limited.

Double edged sword, but when you have a clear section for Focus ST, to make finding them easier for buyers because your search features are limited, and then it is abused, it's not so helpful.

I was going to mention the exact same thing this morning, but completely forgot.

Yep, still not working here. You can choose the report type etc, but it gives an error when trying to send it.
