More "is there something wrong with this site"

Hi Ted,
For a couple of weeks now I've had an intermittant problem with PH. I haven't written until now because I wanted to try to gather some additional information on when it occurs and verify that it in fact only happens with PH. I'm now pretty sure that it only happens with PH, but have no idea as to what conditions cause it.
It would appear as though at random intervals, the Forums are unavailable. I click on "forums", and nothing happens. The screen doesn't change, it just looks at me. It doesn't give me a time-out error, it just sits there.
Eventually, after a period that could run between 3 and 10 minutes, the Forums will load and all will function perfectly normally.
Perhaps an hour later, it will stop reacting again... It is as if the site goes down for maintanance every half hour or hour, but I know that this is not the case.
I've cleaned out my temporary internet files just to see if that would have an affect.
I can access other websites, so the problem is not with my Internet Provider - when this happens I go to Yahoo or some other site and try PH later.
I first noticed this perhaps a month or two ago? Any ideas?

I have had it for a few weeks,
just up and down sometimes a few mins, others longer.
i posted yesterday, could access posts directly, but not forums :|
weirdness.
Each time i check with a few other m8s who also browse here, and its down for them at the same times.
Its just a given now..

That's sort of what I mean. It appears as though it periodically goes on a coffee break.... as though the site were down... 5 minutes later it works just fine. I had assumed it was my internet connection or something, but other websites come up just fine.
I'm waiting for it to happen again (it typically happens several times a day) so that I can tell Ted if I see any evil ads loading when it comes back to life....
