Hi, how do I start a poll? Do you have to be on a PC, I tend to use the mobile site.

You are probably not allowed to start one unless you were a member before a certain date or have been granted permission individually and you won't abuse the privilege. Maybe ask a moderator for permission very nicely saying what it's for and then they'll decide whether or not to let you.

I don't know whether or not it can be done on the mobile site.
