Honestly. I didn't like the admin of one site... so I just stopped visiting. I didn't tell them. I didn't ask to be deleted. I really don't see why people want to make a fuss if they want to leave. Just don't come back. I don't visit a certain nightclub in town because I've grown out of it - I didn't go in, hand in my "membership card" and have a rant about how rubbish the music is these days and how chav the customers are. I just didn't go back. Jeez.

I had a moderately sized falling out with another forum after I was asked to delete a joke of the most anaemic variety that someone humourless had complained about.

So I just set the forum settings so that no one could contact me, deleted the shortcut to the site and never went back. No need to be a drama queen about it.

Anyway, Johnny's Law is that anyone that states they are leaving a thread or forum comes back.
