Errors in Opera

For the last few hours this

has popped up nearly every time I change pages. The rest of the page is greyed out and inaccessible.
It's replaced by a similar one if I click on Reject but with Approve and Reject greyed out. This one actually sits behind the first one all the time.
Whether I click or not it goes away by itself after a while.
Weird.

Fixed. Although it only seemed to be happening in PH, I discovered it also happened in some (but not all) other forums.
Turned out to be AdWare. McAfee sorted it.
