Page could not be found

maybe this won't work neither, but every other page I try to open comes up with "page cannot be found" or "diagnose connection prolems".

sure its not my PC because everywhere else works ok. Have just posted on the wedge forum, uploaded my pictures in three different posts.
Is this to do with the debugging tool??
