I have chatted with JAYB about the tone of his posts last night, he understands that this could have been handled better and we have agreed to move on from here with him being a little wiser about how to comment in the future.

Mods are PHers at heart and as volunteers they are not always 'on duty' when they post. That said, once you are known as a mod you do lose the privilege of being able to post as frivolously as you might have done before, I think that point is understood loud and clear now.

I hope we can now move on.
