Cant get past "Create Advert User" page.

I am trying to advertise my car but when I click the submit an advert link, then private seller I get sent to the "create advert user" page where I enter my details and after pressing create ad profile I just get sent back to the same "create advert user" page but without any of my details entered.

I have previously advertised a car on here, but that was about a year ago, is this issue because of that?
