A 'Winter Tyres Sub form?

As we have 71 pages of 'winter tyres' threads why not have it's own sub forum so somebody isn't starting a new thread a day in GG until April?

I doubt they would, one example being a few people asked for an insurance sub forum awhile back which was declined and that has 356 pages..
