I submitted an ad nearly 2 days ago but it is still awaiting approval (it stated something about my details didn't match? I have sold a few cars without issue before so can you let me know the issue please?).

Can you also cancel this ad please, the car sold within an hour of being listed as a classified ad via eBay!

Yeah, you're being caught by one of our spam filters for having multiple e-mail addresses. You can withdraw the advert yourself and we're happy to help you clear this up next time you want to place an advert.

Hi Matt, is there anyway I can delete all email addresses bar the one I am using now that starts the same as my username?

Also, my ad still says awaiting approval and the 'delete ad' button is greyed out.

I am having the exact same problems, despite only having relisted classified ads that had recently expired (still not sold the car ) it still says awaiting approval and its been 2 days now... if my issue is the same as above (ie email addresses) could you do the same for me and only allow this email address...

Matt- just checking you removed the other email addresses and removed me from the spam filter?

Reason for asking - I have emailed a few ads with no reply, I know this could be the other user, just checking.
