Irritating temporary shift

As of yesterday, there's a temporary 1/4" shift to the right - which then resorts itself after approx 3 secs.
Most noticeable when viewing the main forum menu...and you have to wait till it's sorted itself out before clicking whichever forum you want to view.
On viewing a thread...the temporary shift is still there, but less irritating. On deleting a reply the shift is about an inch before it sorts itself.

Am I the only one having problems?

Hmmmm....perhaps it's because I'm on dial-up.

It's very noticeable, and only affects GS...so I'll wait and see if anyone else whinges about it before I look into my side of things.

Mine shifts upwards after a second or so...

If I'd added there's a temporary freeze with the shift as well (albeit lasting a couple of seconds) would that help?
