PH Forums slowing down to the point of being unusable

Anybody else getting frustrated by how slow the forums are getting?
I've also noticed that sometimes clicking on a thread in the thread list and then pressing the browser Back button displays an older version of the thread list. It does this on my desktop, laptop, iPad, and iPhone.
