Possible improvement to the forums?

I don't know if I'm the only one who gets this, or the only one who cares, but one thing I've found when following links within the forum is that sometimes it sets to a default layout and logs me out.

I.e. I'm reading a thread, logged in with 40 posts per page and the classic style. Someone says "link to this thread here".
It opens in a new tab, which is how I like it, but this new tab has 20 ppp and is in big blue style, and if I want to reply to the thread I've just opened I have to log in again.

I appreciate it's a minor annoyance, and given the trouble with the new classifieds (which look amazing by the way) it's FAAAAR down the list of priorities, but thought I'd flag it up in case it's an easy fix and you have time to get round to it once the other problems with the site are ironed out.

PS -Any timescale on getting the new clasifieds fixed? Will you be rolling it out in the middle of the night next time, just in case?

Holy thread revival etc, but I get this and find it quite annoying.

AFAIK it happens when you're logged in via the .com site and the link is to the .co.uk or mobile site, and variations on that line.
