I just posted an abismal experience I had at a tyre fitter and the topic was immediatly removed.

Are we not allowed to name and shame? Pretty sure I've read numerous other threads where the good get praised and the less good get a mention too??

I've just posted about this. The rules on this subject are quite annoying. It comes down to, PH can't be arsed with the complications libel lawsuits may cause.

Surely if the claims were nonsense other customers would come along and share their experiances. Thus turning the thread into praise. I quite like knowing where to, and where not to spend my money from naming and shaming poor service.

meh, bit paranoid no?

Seems a shame others can't benefit from the experience. Oh well.

I've also read load of posts that would fall into the catagory but remain up. Seems a little arbitry. I would of liked the opportunity to edit my post if what I wrote was the wrong side of the line as I believe there to be value in sharing the info.

Are you prepared to meet the costs associated with defending these types of claims?

No, thought not.

Rules is rules guys, you agreed to them when you signed up so you must understadn why breaches will be removed.
