Why cant you leave alone

So I spent out on an ad which are normally free and what do I get for my money. A reconfigured ad that has taken all the spaces out and turned it into gobaldygook. Having spent ages getting it right the first time I again edited the entire ad but now the website will not allow me to update it. Fantastic. I`m so pleased I paid...WTF
