Charging me for an ad?

Yeh they did this to me too. Been a member for about 5 years but had a different profile. No longer allowed free ads.

I put mine on ebay as it gets loads more views and it annoyed me that one day i had free ads then they took it away without warning.

I don't seem to be able to place and add. Requires me to log in with my email address, which I do. It then says not valid.

Ive been here well over 3 years, have I lost the right for free adds?

Yep, it works based on the e-mail address in your profile. We check your member number based on that when you register or when we migrated over your existing user data. Most of these issues are caused by people that change e-mail addresses.

You're using your @mac.com e-mail address? The account looks fine in the system.
