Suggestion - menu at page bottom

Ted
Like many others here probably I browse the forums by looking at "What's New" and browsing through topics of interest. I tend to go for the lively ones first, read through the posts, get to the bottom of the last page, then have to scroll back up to click "What's New" to move on to the next topic or see if anything else has popped up.
For a 20 year IT veteran with chronic tennis elbow brought on by so many years of being a keyboard jockey any change which reduces my inputs would be most welcome! How about repeating the menu at the bottom of every page? Please?
Also ... picky hat on
... couldn't help noticing when I updated my car details just, I enter costs as £.pp, and they get rounded to whole pounds, then displayed as £££.00! What's that all about then!
