Bad customer service!

Ive been a member on here for years and bought an sold many cars,I placed an advert last week after not being on the site for several weeks and suddenly I now have to wait approval??this Is fair enough but it says it will be approved within 24 hours,my advert is still not live!I've e mailed and phoned to leave messages but no reply,it's a shame that you've changed your policies as your letting your loyal members down it's really bad customer service.

Secondly, There must be something in your advert that has flagged up our automated systems for checking. that's all.
