Quoting seems fubar somehow

Something isn't displaying right for me, I wonder if it's happening for anyone else?

But, when I click 'quote all' all the correct quote /quote code is present and correct.

Thanks Matt - I've uninstalled FF and binned it for Chrome for now as I was seeing a few problems. All ok now

I get occasionally the first letter of something i quote vanishes into the ether

I get that too but the above problem was different. When I was viewing a post all the quote boxes were missing bar one. Weird.
