Servers Failed To Receive Message......

Just posted on the SP&L and got the normal screen come up saying thanks for your contribution but it also came up with in the top left hand side (Where the tabs for PistonHeads > Gassing Station are)
"Send failed: The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message
Just happened in GG as well
