Site is slow again.

Keeps running very slow normally on general gassing. I know its not me as i have a high line speed which when the site runs slow i test by opening another site to see if and how fast it loads.

Please sort it out as the sorry there seems to be have been a technical problem message doesn't make me feel any better.

Well if its not you then how is it everything else runs normal speed on my machine but ph goes slow?

Any suggestions of what to look at?
