That is what has happened in the past with John/Inkiboo/Essex etc. They have been banned from only one thread - then a full ban in some cases.

Hardly ban-worthy. No individuals mentioned, no swearing, just a response to a dig at me in the first sentence, a tongue-in-cheek remark in sentence 2 and general banter in the 3rd sentence.

Compared to some of the insults individual posters throw at each other on the football threads the above is very subdued.

I agree with you, but you shouldn't underestimate these football threads. I have no interest in football, but have noticed they get very tribal and don't take kindly to outsiders. Seen many threads bans as a result.

I thought we were all adults.
