Extended search

Just following on from dern's request for extended searching in the classified, there's a suggestion I've been meaning to make for a while concerning the Gassing Station.

Someone asked a question that I know I have answered before sometime in the 35 months I've been a member of PH.
I went to "My Contributions" and scanned though a few pages but none of the headings rang a bell. What would be really nice would be the ability to search my past contributions.

Presumably you already have the query in place to find all threads that a member has contributed to, or else you wouldn't be able to generate "My Contributions", so I would imagine it would be a case of passing the results of that query into the search algorithm.

What do you think?

Also, on "exact phrase" searches whose results return a link to a thread with a large number of pages, it would be really useful for the link to take you to the relevant page rather than the first page.
