Is it possible to insert the date of the event into the title of the post once it is agreed ?
At the moment, you have to search through posts to see if a date has been agreed....

ie. "Dawn raid soon ?" could change to "Dawn raid - 15th August" as soon as everyone has agreed a final date.

Appreciate it is in the calendar but this may make it easier to see what's happening, when ?

Happy to do that. People just need to notify me when a date is agreed.
