I am up for getting a copy, it's just a year before I joined and might make sense to a lot of posts prior to me joining.
Where do I get a copy ?

I remember getting an Email from Garlick telling me one of my posts was to be included. It didn't make the final cut and didn't feature.

You'll be wanting to hang on to those and keep in mint condition.

Rather than get it distributed through Tesco and WHSmith, could it be made available on the merchandise website only?

I would hope that would reduce the cost enough for them to do it again.

I imagine a tiny percentage was bought by non members but primarily by forum users and event goers.
