advert not going live after payment

Hi all, I tried submitting a new classified ad this morning. I paid the £9.99 required with my debit card, I got an email confirming payment was successful but my ad is still not live. Under the section - manage my ads, it still say's ad saved and not live! Help please. Many thanks.

Hmm... I got your PM but didn't get the confirmation e-mail. My e-mails to your address are getting bounced back, as well.


If you could just give me the Advert ID and the worldpay transaction code that should do.

I used to get free ads but for some reason it wouldn't give me the option to place a free ad this time. It's the first time I have had to pay for advertising on Pistonheads and so far its been a disaster.

We no longer have free ads on PH for cars, only premium. Your classifieds account wasn't linked up properly to your forum account, so that's why it prompted you to pay.

You won't be asked to pay again now that I've sorted your account.
