my advert has been waiting approval for 3 days???

hi guys, just wondering if this is the norm??? ive emailed 3 times with no response, the add days are counting down and the advert even isnt even live?? it just says " awaiting approval"... the First advert just disappeared after a day of awaiting approval, again no-one would email me back..... it seems that as im not a "paying" advertiser they dont really seem to fussed about me??

anyone had any issues with the classifieds??
