Looks like the database got hung up on a query. I've killed that process and the database seems to be chugging through a backlog of other processes. The repairs on each occasion in the past, which were promised, to resolve the issues, were intended to be permanent fixes. Clearly they were not.
It would appear either they were further developments or that there are a number of problems.

Our previous repairs did resolve our previous issue. The reason the forum was slow earlier is completely unrelated to why it's been slow in the past.But this is not the first, second, third, or fourth time. It continues.
