Hi chaps,

I'm looking for a thread, I believe it was about detailing, Gtechniq to be specific. I'm sure the title had 'techniq in it.

I can't find it anywhere now (looking on replies and all over the forums), and wondering if it has been removed?

If so, can I ask why?

Thanks!

Oh. (Tried having a quick google, but haven't 'found' it. Will take your word for it)

Any reason why the whole thread has been removed?

TIA

The PH posting rules usually defines if a post/tread is removed.

Although in this case it was not.

So it's been deleted or edited? I can only think of one reply which broke PH rules.

It rings a bell but I can't find the specific thread.

I recall that the guy that started it turned out to be a detailer, promoting his ability to do it. I don't know why I say that, I stress it's only memory, but it just rings a bell.

Have you tried Google searching instead of the PH one? Apologies if you already know this but you can specify a domain to search:

Gtechniq site: pistonheads.com (note there should be no space between the colon and p, I've had to seperate to stop a smiley being inserted!).

Google has cached some of the first post:

Are there any gtechniq approved retailers on here, with premises? ... Here is a new Gtechniq high end very special product on this car, after some KDS training ...

Is it this one?

Excellent -thank you to both of you.

I don't really see why the whole thread needed deleting though!
