Is there any reason that the Technical section is not in the Pie and Piston or General Gassing sections? It's in the middle of all the car manufacturers and I think it would fit far better in there?

No real reason as far as I know. It's just where it is. Alphabetically speaking....

Don't you think it looks out of place in the centre of all the car makes though?

Agreed.. it seems slightly hidden away to me.
Perhaps it would get more traffic in the general gassing section?

Also, whilst on the Technical Section, could you add a 'Electrical/ICE' section?

The short answer is no.
Specifically aimed at the ICE portion of that.
PH can do without the Max Power crowd of massive subs and over the top interior lighting.

There might be some mileage in a Automotive Electronics forum. I'll ask around upstairs and find out. Though for what it's worth if a given topic isn't monopolising the threads in a forum designated for another topic then we don't usually create another to accommodate it specifically.
If you see what I mean.
