problem submitting private sale advert on pistonheads?

Hi guys. as stated in the title i cant seem to get past the "create advert user" part of the ad submition process? i have gone to submit advert then clicked "private advert" then its taken me to "edit user details" then i have gone to "create advert user" i filled in the form, name address phone ect clicked submit and it just removes all of the info an presents me with the "create advert user" page again and again and again ect. Any help to resove this issue so i can post an private advert would really be apprecaited. Many thanks James
