Is it possible to check whether the email system is working, if an email has been delivered etc. I have sent 2 emails through the contact seller button and had no reply both times. Now maybe he doesn't want to reply to me or it is sold already. There is no contact number on the add

The add is now showing 'SOLD VIA PH'

So the guy likely didn't respond to emails because it was sold and didn't adjust its listing. Politeness would have been nice, something like 'sorry mate, it's sold' Doesn't take much to be nice.. TT

Yeah, there's all types out there unfortunately.

For what it's worth, he had 3 inquiries about 3 weeks ago before you e-mailed him so I think your theory is correct.
