Moderator question...

Just wondering why at hread askign for what a realistic value -should i decide to sell my car - would be deleted ?

No message from mod .. no warning or locked thread... just a thread thats vanished into thin air ?

An explanation from a moderator would be greatly appreciated - if what i had done was unkwoingly against the rules it would go a long way to at least tell someone why you delete their thread ?

Most what's it worth threads are usually removed if seen or reported. It really depends how much/little information is posted as to whether the thread is allowed to stay or be removed.

Also we have a classifieds section on TVR's that currently has 28 Cerbs, 112 Chims, 40 Griffs, 5 Sags, 19 T350's, 12 Tams, 40 Tuscans etc....etc....advertised.

Posting veiled ads (not saying yours was) in the forums isn't really fair on the members who do stick to the rules and only advertise in the correct place.

Was in no way / shape or form meant to be a veiled ad - Planning on putting it in the PH classifieds at some point this week anyway. I was merely trying to find out how the community currently goes about valuing cars before doing so....
