I'm sure last time I put my Tiv up it was free and there was some speel about because i've been around a few years it was gratis but now i've come to renew it the man wants £9.99?

Unless its changed again that's right, it will say pay as you prep the advert, but is free once you go to the payment stage.

Nope, just goes to the payment page, select method and put details in
