Inconsistent moderation (that old chestnut)

Gents,
The GIF thread - there are multiple images of ladies in bikinis shown openly, mine was deleted. Fine, it was a little large, so I reposted it as a link only, showing it as NSFW.

It gets deleted again, with a message 'Sorry but the image has been removed many times before.'

I've not posted an image the second time, only a link, like others have before me (and I think a mod agreed with me on the thread? I may well be wrong about that). Can we tighten up the constancy please?

This isn't a moan, more an observation. Ta!
