Are the classifieds broken again?

Having spent the last few minutes trying to post my first advert on PH, I am now beginning to wonder if PH Calssifieds is broken.... I seem to be stuck in an eternal groundhog day entering 'private information'. I enter the details, click 'Create Ad Profile' and everything is erased and the process starts again.
Even though I haven't posted a car for sale here before, I have deduced that I will be at this for eternity and there is a strong probability that my advert will never appear! Am I doing something wrong? or is PH having a 'friday afternoon'?

Have you tried just logging in?

I am logged in - that is how I am posting here. If I log in, go to classifieds and click 'Submit Advert' I am taken to a 'Create Advert User' screen, the top two fields are pre-filled with my PH user name and email address and then there are a number of other fields to complete with personal details. I complete all those, click on 'Create Ad Profile' and am then immediately presented with a blank 'Create Advert User' screen again.... and I have to start again. Its just stuck in a loop at that point and I can never advance to where I might be able to create an advert. I have tried again this morning, unsuccessfully.
Its probably something I am doing wrong, but I can't think what.

There is a separate login for the classifieds. The reason it won't let you register is because you're already registered.

I thought it must be something I was doing wrong! I am still confused though as I have now submitted my ad, but had to pay (I have been here for 9 years or so) and the ad doesn't have my username associated with it.
When I clicked on the link you helpfully provided (thank you for that) I was taken straight to my advert management centre... there was no log in and I can't see anywhere to log out, so that I can log back in as 'me'!

Sorry about that, and I do agree it's confusing. We will eventually be working on a single sign on across both parts of the site.

I've updated your classifieds account so you shouldn't have to pay for ads in the future. Also, best to contact Katie at [e-mail] and she will be able to give you a refund for your ad.
