You moved my thread!!

Hi mods,

I have posted a poll in the general section relating to home soundproofing. I did ask in the thread that it be left in the general section as I want to get a view from all on PH and not just the limited numbers that frequent the DIY section but it has been moved all the same.

Is it possible to have it moved back?

At a guess it was moved because you posted it in General Gassing which is for general car talk. The Lounge is more of a catch all off topic forum.

Surely asking a question regarding DIY you'd be best off posting in a forum where people know about DIY rather than ask for pics of your missus and a custard test?

General gassing is for motor related chit chat, as your thread suited the homes and DIY forum that's why it was moved
